OUR RENTAL EQUIPMENT IN MAUI
We have all the fun stuff you’ll will need to enjoy Maui’s beaches. One phone call and your vacation equipment is delivered to you. You can have a single item or one of our deluxe packages. We pick up your gear too.
Drop in to our Conveniently located Surf Center and pick up your gear. Surf locally across the street. If you want to take away your boards, we will help you tie them onto your car, and off you go, just remember to bring them back when you are done. We can also deliver all your gear to your condo or home. But you must have somewhere safe to store it overnight. Do not leave any boards/kayaks on the roof of your vehicle overnight (it grows legs). We can supply you with a lock or lock cable to use as well. If you rent gear you have responsibilities to care for it and protect it from damage. We have all the essentials, beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Coolers, Snorkel Sets, Beach Towels, and our complete range of Surf gear as well, Body boards, Kayaks, surf and Sup Too.
WHAT WE RENT

We have Body Boards (Boogie Boards) to rent in different sizes, Just ask. Boogie boards come with a wrist leash. and they do not need surf wax. Body boards are welcome at most of the swimming beaches especially on the south and west side beaches.

Standup Boards are available for rental (to experienced persons only). SUP Boards come with a paddle and a surfboard leash. Boards available for a day or a week or more. SUP boards are bigger than surfboards for stability.
We also have SUP Buddies. Don’t struggle with your SUP, you need a “SUP Buddy” to help you tote your load. We have SUP Buddy trolleys available to take the load off. Ask about our SUP Trolleys.

We rent double and Single Kayaks. Our kayaks with seats with back rests.

Our quality Lycra surf shirts are not just for surfers. Available for rent or purchase. Keep off the sun, and save your belly too. For all water activities and staying out all day in the sun.

We rent rubber surf booties, great for walking over rocks. But Not for stepping on reef!!, Theses are great for kayaking and while enjoying surfing type sports. Protect your feet and you will enjoy your vacation longer.
OUR RENTAL RULES

- The renter assumes the risk for the activity.
- Renters are responsible for costs for repairs, and costs of replacing equipment, including restocking fee, lost income, and depreciation.
- Renters are also financially responsible for the loss of the equipment, damages to the equipment, as well as any and all damages caused by the equipment including injury to other persons and property damage.
- Overnight renters should have a secure place to keep the board when not in use.

Make sure that boards are securely fastened to your vehicle before driving anywhere, and check the straps often. If the board starts getting loose while driving, pull over and re-tighten the tie-down straps. Renters are responsible for repair costs for repairs. Buckled boards or otherwise irreparably damaged gear is considered broken and must be replaced. Lost or broken equipment will be paid for by the renter at fair replacement cost. Please do not rent our gear unless you can afford to replace

- In any event of gear loss or damage, the renter is responsible for the lost income from the rental equipment, equivalent to the daily rate each day until it has been replaced.

CARE TIPS FOR YOUR GEAR

Do not tie down any surfboards or SUP boards with rope, it damages the board. Instead, use a proper flat webbing tie-down strap. Make sure you tie down boards securely. Make sure that you know how to use the tie-down strap’s buckles. If in doubt just ask. Our staff can help you load your boards and show you how to strap them down safely.
Take care when carrying SUP boards and always use good lifting skills. Use your legs to lift not your back. Better yet to have your buddy help you carry your board. Take care crossing streets in traffic, and be especially careful when loading and unloading them from your car.

Dings and “Pukas” are holes or cracks in the boards. These must be avoided by careful handling of the gear. Do not put boards on hard or rough surfaces. Please do not drag the boards, and do not stand on the boards on the beach. Be careful when it is windy because boards easily flip over an blow away. Please use the gear with care, and use it as it was meant to be used. Dings will also happen when two boards collide. So be aware of the traffic around you, and stay away from beginners too. Also be careful of the fins they can break or even snap off completely if they hit something.
